Officially name Naija another name for Nigeria

01 August 2016, 12:16

Naija as another name for Nigeria is creative. There is nothing truly wrong in using Naija and the use of Naija as Nigeria as a way of life. Naija existing alongside Nigeria is not a failing of any kind. Naija as another name for Nigeria is not a name in extreme poverty.  Naija for Nigeria is not a death sentence to the beautiful name Nigeria, and then, Naija for Nigeria is not a suggestion of a funeral to the beautiful name Nigeria.

A great number of Nigerians, especially the young and the futuristically inclined Nigerians, creatively, enthusiastically and joyfully use Naija. The use of Naija feels refreshingly enchanting and positively adventurous in a way that seeks to identify with the real giant Nigeria is, the real greatness that Nigeria inspires, or should inspire. A giant range of cultural, social, economic and political acts revolve around the epicenter of the usage of Naija as an alternative name for Nigeria.

There is a kind of creativity attached to the use of the word Naija for Nigeria. There is also a kind of inventiveness in the word, to brand Nigeria.  Naija has gained a lot of ground in usage to officially stand for Nigeria. Naija has a large following. Some businesses and institutions identify with Naija in many ways. Some websites with Nigerian orientation bear Naija in different degrees. There is an abundance of the open use of Naija as Nigeria.

The use of Naija is not a negative theatrical use of a nomenclature. It is not a pyrotechnic of a nomenclature in the neighborhood of absurdity.

The United States of America also go with the names: United States, America, US, and USA. Germany is also Deutschland. The United Arab Emirates can also be called Arab Emirates, Emirates, UAE, and AE. Britain has the United Kingdom, Great Britain and UK. Netherlands is Holland. Even though some alternative names for some countries may not be official or may be loosely used.

Naija serves as an alternative safe haven in terms of nomenclature for Nigeria. The use of Naija officially as another name for Nigeria will boost the international reputation of Nigeria, as it will, to a great extent, deflect the highly tarnished atmosphere that surrounds the word Nigeria in some places in the world. Multiple names for a country can enhance the international outlook of the country. Multiple names stay true to an identity being spiced by diversity. Nigeria is a country of diversity and should also has its official name diversified as Naija.

The people and government of Nigeria need to call for the official recognition and endorsement of Naija as an alternative name for Nigeria.

Nigerians need to collectively use Naija as a tradition Nigeria stands for. The lovers of Naija as another brilliant name for Nigeria need to go a step ahead by campaigning for the world to see Naija as a giant heritage of Nigeria.

Naija as another name for Nigeria officially can also make a citizen of Naija or Nigeria to be called Naijarian which also stands for Nigerian.
