Abuja - Police from the Cross River State Command have arrested a cultist in connection with the murder of a 14-year-old boy who refused to join the association, Sun News Online reports.

The suspect, identified only as Ita, allegedly attempted to lure the victim, David Okon, into the Skylo cult group in Ikot Ekpo, 8 Miles Calabar.

Henry Fadairo, State Police Commissioner, confirmed the development and said the group allegedly chased down the boy on the night of February 4 before proceeding to stab him to death.
