Yola – A total of eighteen people died on Tuesday in Adamawa and Benue states in separate attacks by Boko Haram militants and Fulani herdsmen, according to Vanguard.
About 200 herdsmen stormed two towns in Benue, killing people and burning down houses. At least seven people were killed and about 100 houses were burnt down.
In Adamawa State a total of 11 people were killed by suspected Boko Haram members. The attacks were confirmed by the Adamawa State Police Public Relations Office.
