23-year-old found slaughtered by hoodlums in Lagos

Lagos - A 23-year-old male was slaughtered by hoodlums in the Ebute-Meta area of Lagos for reasons unknown at this stage, Punch reported.

According to reports, the man was slaughtered in front of residents, where the hoodlum used guns and cutlasses. They had told residents to not panic and let them do their deed in peace.

Residents contacted the vigilance group in the area in which later contacted the police.

While the man was being killed, some residents wanted to flee as they had witness such but the hoodlums stated they were only the area for a rival member.

One of the suspects was caught by police carrying weapons.

An investigation is ongoing about the slaughtering.
