Abuja - No less than thirty three people were arraigned before an Ikeja Chief Magistrate's Court yesterday over the recent violence that broke out at the Mile 12 Market in Lagos, Vanguard has reported.

The court appearances, which stem from 105 arrests that were made in connection with the riots, come as a result of four people losing their lives in the uprising, while millions in property was destroyed across the market.

The suspects were docked on a two-count charge of felony, unlawful assembly, acting in a disorderly manner and disturbing the public peace.
