Bayelsa - The chairman of Ogbia local government area of Bayelsa State, Enaye Abah, abducted by armed men five days ago has been released, Vanguard reports.
The kidnappers allegedly trailed Abah, overtook his car and blocked him, shooting sporadically to scare away people around the area.
Eyewitness account revealed that the two gunmen overpowered the security details of the chairman before whisking him away to an undisclosed destination.

The abducted chairman was released Sunday at about 8.45pm by the kidnappers who took him to their den in the deep mangrove swamp of Abua Odua axis of Rivers State.
