Lagos - The Abia State Governor, Theodore Orji, said his government was committed to laying a solid foundation for the incoming administration.
Orji made the comments as he commissioned the Umuahia and Aba High Court complexes.
The facilities were commissioned in Umuahia.
“Our administration has made a positive impact on the state through some legacy projects. As such, the incoming governments will not be required to build infrastructure but will focus on key aspects of government,” said Orji.
