Abuja to host leading oil, gas summit

Lagos - The Upstream and Downstream Oil and Gas Exhibition and Conference will be held in Abuja next year, organizers confirmed.

Said to be the largest indigenous and most-established oil and gas event in West Africa, it is estimated to attract over 2 000 conference
delegates, exhibitors, speakers and visitors from across the globe.

West African Exhibitions and Conferences, the organizers, said the event is scheduled for the Abuja International Conference Centre on September 22 - 24.

The fifth edition will be held under the theme, "Showcasing Nigerian Content with Technological Advancement."

The conference will return for the fifth edition as West Africa's new meeting point for oil and gas professionals.

The conference segment will discuss a wide range of industry activities, cutting across offshore, onshore and midstream operational activities,
with resource presentation by renowned industry players.

The three-day exhibition section will be an ideal platform to showcase products, services and innovations, discover the latest technologies in
the industry and network with other industry professionals.
