Abuja - Akwa Ibom First Lady, Martha Udom Emmanuel, has donated food items and toiletries to inmates at the Qua Iboe Church Leprosy Hospital in Ekpene Obom in Etinan local government area of the state.

The First Lady interacted with the inmates and assured them that the administration of governor Udom Emmanuel was committed to improving the living standard of the less privileged through provision of enabling environment and welfare programmes for them.

She told the inmates that being physically challenged was not the end of life, as there was always ability in every disability.
