Akwa - Ibom - Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, has highlighted some projects his administration had embarked on 100 days into office.
He has presented the achievements during a special thanksgiving service to mark one hundred days of his administration held at Government House in Uyo.
The Governor expressed appreciation to God for sustaining the divine mandate which he said had translated into ground breaking for industries, roads construction, remodeling of some Urban Centres as well as the numerous investors that have indicated interest to establish in the state.
He said his administration is upgrading physical structures at St Luke's Hospital Anua Uyo to enable it provide world-class health Care services to the people and announced plans to name the 100-bed space ward under construction after the renowned Irish gynecologist, Dr Ann Ward.

He said the gesture is a modest attempt at immortalising the missionary for her contributions towards the development of the hospital.
Meanwhile, the governor also commended his Personal Assistant on Local Media, Uko Umoh, for compiling his 100 days achievements in a publication.
He also made a presentation of an undisclosed amount for the welfare of widows and orphans in the state.
Emmanuel thanked the people for the mandate given him to serve and sued for the cooperation of all for the sustenance of the vision of the divine mandate.
