Abuja - The Code of Conduct Tribunal has adjourned the trial of the Senate President over false asset declaration till November 5 and 6.
The adjournment was announced on Wednesday shortly after the Tribunal commenced sitting.

The adjournment, according to the Tribunal, was to await the verdict of the Court of Appeal in the case filed by Saraki on his arraignment before the CCT.
The Senate President, who is facing a 13-count charge bordering on corruption and false assets declaration, arrived at the Code of Conduct Tribunal in company of 84 senators.
