Lagos - A member of the House of Representatives, Yomi Ogunnusi, has come to the aid of students who perpetually fail the West African Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE), Vanguard reports.
Ogunnusi, who represents Ifako-Ijiaye constituency in Lagos, said the poor performances recorded during the 2014 West African Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE) could be as a result of students being discouraged to read due to erratic power supply.

He made the observation while presenting scholarships to over 100 secondary school students in Ifako-Ijaiye, constituency, Lagos, at the weekend.
