Maiduguri – Bula Modu, alleged member of Boko Haram who specialised in the planting of bombs was captured by the Borno Vigilance Youth Groups (BVYG), All Africa reports.
BVYG, who are also known as ‘Civilian JTF”, have handed Modu over to the Joint Task Force (JTF). It is believed that Modu fled to Lagos after planting a bomb in the popular One Way in Maiduguri.
After interrogation, Modu revealed that he came back to Maiduguri to celebrate Sallah.
