Adamawa - Suspected members of the Boko Haram sect invaded three villages in Madagali and Michika local governments in Adamawa state on Wednesday night, Premium Times reports.
The gunmen attacked the villages in succession starting with Kirchiga at about 20:00, according to the chairman of Madagali Local Government, Maina Ularamu.
The gunmen were said to have attacked Shuwa and Michika communities after invading Kirchiga, leaving an undisclosed number of residents injured.
This took place just a few days after gunmen attacked the Federal Government College in Yobe, killing 59 students.
