Borno - The leader of the Boko Haram sect, Abubakar Shekau, has threatened to sell the secondary school girls abducted from Chibok, Borno State, Osun Defender reports.
Shekau stated this in a new video released on Tuesday where he claimed responsibility for abducting over 267 pupils of Government Girls’ Secondary School, Chibok, in Borno State.
He threatened to start selling off the girls in defiance of international outrage that greeted the kidnapping of the girls from their hostel.
