Abuja - Former president, Olusegun Obasanjo, has presented
president elect, Muhammadu Buhari, with a Strategic Development Plan during a
report hand over in Abuja, DailyIndependent reported.
This comes after research was conducted by the Centre for
Human Security of the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library.

The report is aiming to assist the incoming government to
achieve it's objectives of improving Nigeria.
Some of the highlighted problem areas include education, the
economy, security and infrastructure.
