Lagos - The National Coordinator of O'dua People's Congress,
Chief Gani Adams has revealed that his faction will not participate in the
protest against the withdrawal of the contract for the protection of the
Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation's pipeline, Punch reported.
Adams expressed that the protest would not solve the
problems of the contract termination.

A meeting was held consisting of Adams, Dr Frederick Fasheun
over the withdrawal of the contract.
Adams added that protesting against the contract was not
part of the meeting agenda and therefore the main basis is to protect the NNPC.
