Abuja - Four commercial buses have been gutted after a tanker fell and caught fire in the Olosha, Mushin LGA of Lagos yesterday, PUNCH reports.
The fire, which began around 12 a.m. on Tuesday morning, was said to have started after a tanker carrying 33,000 liters of petroleum spilled its contents into drainage channels in the area, spreading the blaze.

A resident in the area confirmed the incident, saying a bad stretch of road is what caused the tanker to fall over and subsequently catch fire.
Rasak Fadipe, Director of the Lagos State Fire Service, disclosed that damage to the area was minimised due to timeous efforts made by firefighters.
It has been confirmed that no fatalities were caused as a result of the inferno.
