Lagos - The Lagos coroner, Magistrate O.A. Komolafe, has recommended that two structural engineers Oladele Ogundeji and Akinbela Fatiregun who built the collapsed six-storey building belonging to the Synagogue Church Of All Nations be prosecuted, Punch reports.
The coroner also indicted SCOAN of building without “possessing necessary permits,” asking that same to be investigated and prosecuted.
Hundreds of Synagogue Church of All Nation (SCOAN) members have besieged the church’s premises and the Ikeja High Court in anticipation of the verdict.
