Abuja - Alleged Boko Haram sponsor, Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume, will have his trial delayed, as the prosecution’s witness did not appear in court, reports Thisday
Ndume, who represents Borno state in the upper house of the national assembly ,was charged to a Federal High Court in Abuja in December 2012 on a four-count charge, relating to terrorism by the Department of State Services (DSS).
Ndume is also accused of refusing to reveal the phone number of a known member of Boko Haram in his possession.
