Lagos - The Federal High Court in Maitama, Abuja has adjourned the ruling on the bail application brought by Franca Asemota, whose extradition the office of the Attorney General of the Federation is seeking.
The matter has been deferred to June 19.
Asemota is wanted in the United Kingdom for alleged trafficking minors to Europe.
She is alleged to have used the London Heathrow Airport as a transit hub.

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) arrested the suspect March 24 in Benin, Edo State on suspicion of money laundering offences.
On arrest, checks on Asemota’s profile revealed that she had been on the wanted list of the National Crime Agency of the United Kingdom.
Justice Kafarati has ordered the accused to be remanded in EFCC custody.
