Abuja - The Delta State Scholarship Board executives accused of stealing some N169 million are set to return to court in December.
This follows the adjournment of their case at the Delta State High Court in Asaba.
Peter Amromanoh, Executive Secretary Delta State Scholarship Board and the organisation's Accountant, Andrew Boji Nkwor, have been arraigned on a five count charge of conspiracy and stealing.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has docked them before Justice Azinge of the Delta state High Court, Asaba.
The accused persons are alleged to have paid bursary to "ghost"students.
They pleaded not guilty to the five count charge preferred against them.
