Delta - Students of Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun, Delta State on Tuesday, locked out members of the school management over blackout, water shortage, Vanguard reports.
The students were expressing their grievances over the inability of the school management to provide them with adequate electricity supply and water.
The principal of the institute, N’Denar, made effort to pacify the protesting students, but to no avail, as the protest continued unabated.
