Lagos - Two dogs and their owner were detained by the Lagos State Police Command for biting three siblings and injuring one of them on the skull, Punch reports.
The victims identified as children of one Abraham Odia live in the compound with the owner of the dogs, Jegede at the Igando area of Lagos State.
The dogs newly brought to the compound by their owner were said to attack the children after breaking loose from the chains they were tied to.
The children were rushed to the General Hospital, Igando before being referred to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital, Ikeja for treatment after the attack.
