EFCC arraigns former Oyo government officials over fraud

Abuja - The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has concluded plans to arraign 12 former Oyo State public officials to answer to charges of theft, conspiracy and criminal breach of trust.

EFCC Head, Media and Publicity Wilson Uwujaren, in a statement on Tuesday disclosed the imminent appearance of the officials.

Among those scheduled to appear at the Oyo High Court are ex-Head of Service, Kudirat Adeleke.

She will appear alongside Muili Hakeem Aderemi, the former Executive Secretary of Oyo State Pension Board, Adedutan Johnson, Oguntayo Banji, former Internal Auditor of Oyo State Pension Board and Kareem Rasheed.

Others are Muili Adedamola, Adesina Jimoh Ayoade, former cashiers at Oyo State Pension Board, Adebiyi Olasumbo Musendia, former Administration Officer of the Pension Board, Johnson Bosede, Iyabo Giwa, a former Cashier of the board

 The remaining officials are Adewale Kehinde and Olujinmi Adebayo.
