Lagos - Three people were arraigned in the Lagos State High
Court for alleged fuel subsidy fraud of N4.5 billion, Punch reported.
One of the arrested men is son of former of National
Chairman of the People's Democratic Party, Senator Ahmadu Ali.

The three men appeared in court for allegedly fraudulently
obtaining N4.5 billion as fuel subsidy from the Federal Government on a
purported importation of Premium Oil Spirit.
The accused charges border conspiracy, obtaining money by
false pretense and forgery.
