Abuja - The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has
arraigned three men over an alleged fuel subsidy fraud of N1.1 billion, Punch
The men were arraigned for over eight charges together with
companies they work with, Axenergy Limited and Majope Investment Limited.

They were also previously arraigned for nine counts of
conspiracy as they obtained money through false pretence and forgery.
However when they appeared before Justice Lateefa Okunnu at
the Ikeja High Court, they pleaded not guilty. The case has been adjourned to a
later date for trial.
