Enugu - Members of the Enugu House of Assembly have asked the Chief Judge of the state, Justice Innocent Umezurike, to set up a seven-man panel to investigate the allegations of gross misconduct leveled against the deputy governor, Trent reports.
The Chief Judge was given seven days within which to set up the panel whose membership must be in line with constitutional provisions.
The deputy governor, who was served an impeachment notice by the state House of Assembly, denied the allegations levelled against him.
