Abuja - Yinka Odumakin, former spokesman of Muhammadu Buhari, the Presidential candidate for All Progressives Congress, accused the main opposition party of thriving on lies and spending money on propaganda to deceive Nigerians.
Odumakin stated that the party had exploited the media and propaganda to allegedly bewitch Nigerians.
He urged Nigerians to think deeply and reflect on the antecedents of the APC.
He added that prominent chieftains of the party were at one time key stakeholders in the ruling People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

“Aminu Tambuwal is a PDP speaker, governorship candidate in Katsina State, Aminu Bello Masari, was PDP speaker. The man they are propping up to be Senate President, Bukola Saraki, was a PDP governor for eight years and senator for four years before they formed the New PDP. Rotimi Amaechi, was PDP speaker for eight years. Even(Olusegun) Obasanjo, their navigator was PDP president for eight years, same for Segun Oni, Oyinlola, El-Rufai and many others.”
Odumakin thus urged Nigerians not to believe the main opposition party because they had the media capacity to propagate lies.
“They have mastered the strategy of propaganda to colour the thinking of our people,” he said.
