FCTA to disrupt water supply in Abuja

28 February 2013, 07:14

Abuja - The FCT Administration says there will be disruption of water supply to some areas in the territory.

This is contained in a statement issued by Jamilah Tangaza, Senior Special Assistant to the FCT Minister on Wednesday in Abuja.

The statement said areas to be affected included Area 11, Garki I District and the Central Business District.

According to the statement, the disruption will last from Thursday to Monday.

It said the disruption was due to final relocation of water supply pipeline across Shehu Shagari Way and the Inner Southern Expressway under construction.

The statement enjoined residents of the affected areas to make adequate provision by making enough reservation while the relocation lasted.
