Lagos - Babatunde Fashola the Governor of the western Nigerian state of Lagos said the state's budget performance had been adversely affected by the Federal Government's delay in sending the monthly allocation to the state , PM News reports.
A 70 percent budget performance rating was recorded in the third quarter by Lagos, while their yearly aggregate percentage was 71.
Fashola had been speaking at a news conference hedld at the State
House, Ikeja, Lagos, Southwest Nigeria on Thursday during the third quarter budget review.
