Lagos - The Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) has shortlisted five banks to progress to the second and final round for the takeover of Enterprise Bank,
The banks are Fidelity Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc, Heritage Bank and two other foreign investment banks, reports Punch
Sources close to the deal say any of the five banks might emerged the final buyer.
AMCON is expected to name he successful buyer by the middle of September after a year-long rigorous sale process.

The new buyer would take over AMCON’s 100 per cent stake in Enterprise Bank.
