Abuja - Two brothers, along with three other people have been shot dead in the Ajegunle area of Lagos when a campaign rally turned violent, Punch reports.
The rally, organised by a Senatorial candidate from the All Progressives Congress (APC), was going smoothly before politicians began to share gifts with supporters.

Thugs in the area, who felt like they were being sidelined, allegedly attacked supporters before turning on each other and shooting into the crowd. Two men, identified as Abeeb and Idris, were among five people who were killed by stray bullets.
Kenneth Nwosu, Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the incident and said that police are working towards apprehending the "criminals".
