Lagos - Rilwan Lukman, a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, is reported to have died early this morning in Austria at the age of 76, Punch reports.
Lukman was appointed Minister of Petroleum Resources by late President Nigerian president Umaru Yar’Adua and held the position until March 2010.
He also served as Secretary General of the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
