Abuja - Four men who allegedly conspired to forge senate president David Mark’s signature in 2009 have been re-arraigned by Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), Premium Times reports.
The suspects, Emeka Ukor, Anthony Uzonwanne and Babayemi Bukola forged a FinBank cheque leaflet and tried to withdraw N45 million with it.
They were arrested sequel to a complaint from the Senate President in 2009, before their rearrangement on Wednesday.
The presiding judge adjourned the case to March 10.
