Abuja - Mohammed Abacha, eldest son of former Nigerian military dictator,General Sanni Abacha, has been indicted on nine criminal counts by the federal government, on Thursday, reports Vanguard.
Abacha has been accused of hiding about N446.3 billion stolen by his father.
According to the new charges Abacha allegedly received stolen money in cash and travelers cheques that includes millions of pounds and US dollars.
The court has fixed Abacha's plea date as April 29.
