Plateau - Suspected Fulani herdsmen carried out an attack in Wase local government area of the Plateau state on Thursday, killing 20 people, according to Saharareporters.
The attack was said to have taken place in the early hours of Thursday before the arrival of the state governor, Jonah Jang, from a trip abroad.
The attack, which happened less than 48 hours after 33 people were killed in two communities of Riyom local government area of the state, left many residents injured and several houses burnt down.
