Lafia - Governor Umaru Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa State, said he would appear before the impeachment panel set up by the state House of Assembly, Vanguard reports.
The governor who was served an impeachment notice by the state House of Assembly over allegations of gross misconduct and financial misappropriation, said he would appear while describing the panel as illegal.
He said he decided to appear before the panel to clear his name of any allegation levelled against and his administration.
