Abuja - President Goodluck Jonathan has come under heavy criticism over his visit to Kano and Oyo States a day after the Abuja Motor Park explosion that left 88 people dead, Premium Times reports.
Some Nigerians described the president as insensitive, irresponsible, terrible, and wicked for visiting Kano to welcome former governor of the state, Ibrahim Shekarau, to the Peoples Democratic Party, a day after the bomb blast.
Human right activist, Bamidele Aturu said it is obvious the president, who also visited the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Samuel Odulana, Odugade I, to felicitate with him on his attainment of 100 years, does not value the lives of his citizens.
