Lagos - The Lagos State Police Command on Monday paraded 11 suspected criminals involved in different criminal activities in parts of the state.
Parading the suspects, the spokesperson for the command, DSP Ngozi Braide, said investigations into their cases had been concluded.
Braide said that one of the suspects, who allegedly specialised in stealing cars at parking lots in Lagos, confessed that he had stolen nine Toyota Camry salon cars.
``The suspects claimed that he produced a master key in Republic of Benin, which he was using to steal the cars, particularly in Festac Town area.
He claimed that he sold the stolen cars in parts of the country for between N500 000 and N700 000 each.
``He also claimed that he wanted to use the proceeds to travel to Europe or Asia to start business.
``He was arrested when police operatives ordered to buy some of his stolen vehicles.''
Another suspect, who was deported to Nigerian from the United States of America, allegedly stabbed his elder brother to death during a fight.
``The suspect claimed that his brother attempted to kill him with a cutlass and confessed using a knife to stab him to death,’’ Braide said.
