Lagos – The plane on its way to Akure carrying 27 passengers that crashed soon after take-off in Lagos has encouraged many people to share their condolences on social media and question why plane crashes are so common in Nigeria.
The Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA) has not been able to confirm the amount of causalities but it has been reported that nine people were confirmed dead while many others were injured.
Twitter and Facebook users went to the sites to pray for the victims and their families of the ordeal:
