Lagos - Lagos will on Monday next work commence a survey on all households in the state to receive service delivery feedback from citizens.
The exercise would last for 25 working days.
The Director of Lagos Bureau of Statistics, Tayo Oseni-Ope, in a statement he signed on behalf of the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget, said the survey would be conducted in the entire local government and local council development area of the state.
"The Household Surveys to be conducted by the Bureau is one of the tools used in gauging the public response to the socio-economic infrastructure and services rendered by the State Government to its Citizenry."
The statement also highlighted that the exercise which the Bureau is mandated to carry out on regular basis is mostly done to extract forth indicators that will further enhance plans and policy formulation of the State Government to improve the quality of life of its citizens.
The statement urged members of the public to give maximum cooperation and assistance to the enumerators as the exercise has nothing to do with tax but development.
