Mimiko sacks aides

05 August 2015, 12:06

Akure - Governor Olusegun Mimiko of Ondo State on Tuesday announced the disengagement of his Special Assistants (SAs) and Senior Special Assistants (SSAs).

Eni Akinsola, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor made the announcement in a statement issued to newsmen in Akure.

The statement said Mimiko thanked the outgoing aides for their selfless service to his administration and the state.

While soliciting their continued support for his administration, Mimiko said the action had become necessary in view of the restructuring and repositioning currently being undertaken by government for better service delivery.
