12 February 2015, 16:03

Abuja - A man has appeared before a Federal High Court after he was found in possession of 1.14 kilogrammes of cocaine by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

The suspect, Mbachu Ifeanyi, was charged with unlawful possession of an illicit substance following an inward clearance at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos, PUNCH reports.

The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge and was subsequently admitted to bail by the presiding judge.
