Cross River - The commercial vehicle driver in Cross River state who stripped naked when officials of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) stopped his car has been arrested, Punch reports.
The corps also stated that the suspect would be made to undergo a psychiatric test before being prosecuted.
The driver, identified as Ekpe Okpo Ekpeyong, had on Tuesday stripped naked, alighted from his vehicle and started behaving funny by removing his cloths when the road agency officials asked him to stop.

The sector commander of the commission in the state, Ikechukwu Igwe said the command had gone through its database to establish the authenticity of Ekpeyong’s driving licence and vehicle particulars but discovered that they were not genuine.
He said the driver would first be taken to the Psychiatric Hospital in Calabar to establish his mental state before further prosecution.
