Nasarawa - Members of the Nasarawa State House of Assembly have moved out of the assembly complex to re-converge at the Karu Local Government Area to deliberate on the impeachment process against Governor Umaru Al-Makura, Premium Times reports.
The lawmakers would sit to look at a petition against the state Chief Judge, Suleiman Dikko, over the composition of the seven-member panel raised to investigate allegations against the governor.
The governor had earlier said he would appear before the panel of inquiry set up by the state Chief Judge, Suleiman Dikko even though it was illegal.
