Abuja – The lower chamber of the National Assembly has weighed into the conversation on the ASUU strike urging government and the union to settle their disputes, Osun Defender reports.
Aminu Suleiman, the Chairman of the House of Representative Committee on Education, spoke at the Federal University in Otuoke, Bayelsa State.
Suleiman claimed that he believed that the strike will soon be over due to talks between the Federal Government and ASUU.
The committee commended the work done by the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Mobolaji Aluko but chastised the poor administration of the university.
