Abuja - President Muhammadu Buhari has reiterated that he will not appoint federal ministers into his cabinet until September, Punch reports.
Buhari made this known in his article titled, “Nigeria committed to good governance and fighting terror”, published by the Washington Post ahead of his historic meeting with President Barack Obama of United States.

He said it was necessary for the country to first put new rules of conduct and good governance in place before he could make critical appointments into his government.
President Buhari justified his action by making reference to Obama who also for several months after taking oath of office, did not have a full cabinet.
