No plan to honour Bode George- AASU

Abuja - The All Africa Students Union (AASU) says it has no plan to confer any award on a former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, Olabode George, Premium Times reports.

It said reports of the award on Mr. George, who recently served jail terms for corruption, was “absolutely untrue, misleading and fraudulent.”

There have been reports that AASU had nominated the PDP chieftain as winner of its 15th edition of the Africa Leadership Award.
