Adamawa - Impeached Governor of Adamawa State, Murtala Nyako, has allegedly travelled out of the country to avoid being arrested by security officials, Vanguard reports.
Nyako, who was impeached by the State House of Assembly over allegations of gross misconduct and financial misappropriation, was said to have left the country to rest immediately after being impeached.
A source close to the former governor revealed that the main purpose why the former governor fled the country is the alleged threat to his life.
